Buying a property in Spain means that you have to identify, understand and manage the different risks that are involved before, during and after your purchase.

 SALE OF PROPERTY

It is important that you, as a seller, negotiate the terms in the purchase contract, and understand the implications it might have for you. You will have obligations towards the buyer but also to the Spanish tax authority.
